The closed beta for CD PROJEKT’s Gwent: The Witcher Card Game has been delayed from September to October 25th.
This information was made available via a blog post made to the game’s official website. While the game was originally due out for September, the game has been delayed until October 25th for further developing.
“Unfortunately, we feel we need some extra time with the game before we hand it off to you for testing. We know we can make a first impression only once, and want to be sure everything is ready before we blast off. Delivering a good game is more important to us than keeping a deadline. Still, that doesn’t mean we don’t realize that delays can be disappointing, and we apologize for making you wait. “
The game was announced as a tribute to the card game that was featured in the Witcher 3. Fans wishing to participate in the closed beta can sign up for it here.
Gwent: The Witcher Card Game doesn’t currently have a release window but will arrive on the Xbox One, and PC.
