In Fortnite, the tie between realities called the ‘Zero Point’ has been exposed; causing realities to combust together! This has led to a collection of popular characters, such as Din Jarin from Star Wars: The Mandalorian & Kratos from God of War; and now The Master Chief from Halo is joining the fight!
The crossover was announced at The Game Awards with a surprise trailer! Fortnite character Fish Stick opens a freezer and pops open an ice cold drink to enjoy; but discovers a frozen Master Chief. Fish Stick’s jaw drops in amazement as the Chief busts out of the freezer and sprints towards the camera!
Shortly after the mind blowing reveal; Sarge & Simons from Red vs. Blue and content creator Ninja took the stage for another announcement. Halo‘s iconic Blood Gulch map is also being added to creative mode featuring a Capture the Flag game mode; created by Atlas Creative!
As any legend would, Master Chief arrives with some style! Displaying a neat holographic “Legendary symbol” on his back, and he packs around a gravity hammer that works as a pick-axe! Of course, the Chief flies in with a mini-Pelican carrier as any good Spartan would; and has access to a trusty lil’ Warthog as an emote!
