Nvidia has revealed the new Titan X Graphics Card this morning.
The new Titan X will be about %60 faster than the previous Titan X GPU. Featuring 12GBs of GDDR5X Memory, 3,584 CUDA Cores and 11 TFLOPS of raw power, the Titan X puts a new standard on enthusiast grade computer builds. Here are the specifications that we received from
- 11 TFLOPS FP32
- 44 TOPS INT8 (new deep learning inferencing instruction)
- 12B transistors
- 3,584 CUDA cores at 1.53GHz (versus 3,072 cores at 1.08GHz in previous TITAN X)
- Up to 60% faster performance than previous TITAN X
- 12 GB of GDDR5X memory (480 GB/s)
The performance doesn’t stop here. According to Nvidia, the new Titan X has been designed with “High performance engineering for maximum overclocking,” in case consumers wanted to get the extra mile out of their brand new GPU.
The Titan X will retail for $1200 USD (Approx. $1500 CAD) and will launch on August 2nd, 2016.
