The fourth legendary Pokemon distribution is now live for those who own a copy of Pokemon X/Y or Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire. This month, we get the nightmare Pokemon Darkrai.
From May 1st to May 24th, players will be able to go to any Gamestop or EBGames retail location to pickup a Darkrai code card for free, with no purchase required. We would recommend that you head to your nearest location to pick this up as soon as possible to avoid stock being depleted. Darkrai is currently available for either Pokemon X/Y or Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire.
Once you receive your code, the next steps are quite simple:
- Select Mystery Gift from the main menu
- Go to Receive Gift and select yes
- Select Get with Code
- Enter the code from the scratch off portion of the card
- Speak to the delivery person at any Pokemon Center with one slot open in your party to claim your Darkrai!
Darkrai will be received at Level 100 and will contain the Pokemon moves Dark Void, Ominous Wind, Nightmare and Feint Attack. The Pokemon will also contain the ability Bad Dreams and be holding the Enigma Berry to assist in battle.
If you play the Pokemon Trading Card Game, Darkrai, along with every other Pokemon featured through the distribution, has a Promo Box with the corresponding Pokemon as a full art promo card. Be sure to pick them up as stock is limited.
