The demo for Square Enix’s World of Final Fantasy will release on October 17th.
Players will be able to play characters Reynn and Lann throughout their adventure and will have run-ins with other popular characters in the series like Final Fantasy VII’s Cloud and Final Fantasy XIII’s Lightning. Fans who beat the demo will have the opportunity to fight and capture Magitek Armor P in the full version of the game when it is released the following week.
Square also released the game’s opening cinematic, with a mix of CG and anime appearances being shown throughout the 3-minute clip. The cinematic can be seen at the end of the article.
World of Final Fantasy releases for the Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita on October 25th, 2016.
