Nintendo’s next downloadable content pack for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is still on track to release this year, according to an interview from Kotaku with Nintendo of America’s President, Reggie Fils-Aime.
In the interview, Reggie was asked about when the next downloadable pack for Breath of the Wild, titled “The Champions’ Ballad” would be released. He confirmed that the pack would launch before the end of 2017 but did not specify the exact timeline. When asked if the content would lineup with the amiibo release on November 10th, Reggie replied “We will shortly be announcing the date for that content, so I would not lock and load on November 10th.”
While no exact release date has been announced yet, we do expect to hear an official announcement within the coming weeks. Stay tuned to InformedPixel for more information regarding Breath of the Wild’s DLC release.
