It seems like we can’t get away from the game sales this week, as even Sony is getting into the action with the Golden Week Sale.
From now until May 9th, select games are on sale for up to 70% off the regular price. Games, both old and new are included in the sale, including the recently released NieR: Automata for $44.99 USD. A selection of over 170 games are included in the sale, all ranging from Playstation One Classics to current generation software. Titles like Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Final Fantasy XV, Gravity Rush 2, and Dragon Quest Builders are on sale for 30% off, retailing for $41.99 USD each.
Some picks for Playstation Vita owners include Persona 4 Golden, Blazing Souls Accelate, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, and Muramasa Rebirth for relatively cheap. Of course, there is a whole catalog to choose from for all consoles, so we recommend checking the sale out for yourself to see what you can score.
It is important to note that anyone with a Playstation Plus subscription will net another 5%-10% off on all sale items, adding to the savings. If you don’t have an active Playstation Plus membership, it may be worth purchasing a month to purchase some of these titles, as the savings may overshadow the price of the membership.
