Shortly after the Nintendo Presentation on Thursday evening, Nintendo released a trailer for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
Releasing as a port of Mario Kart 8 on the Nintendo Wii U, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe includes all of the downloadable content previously offered on the Nintendo Wii U as well as a plethora
New characters joining the roster include Inkling Boy, Inkling Girl, Dry Bones, Bowser Jr., and King Boo. The deluxe edition will include a mix of new and old Mario Kart courses, ranging from the new Splatoon themed level Urchin Underpass to the classic Luigi’s Mansion level released on the Nintendo Gamecube.
Battle mode returns to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in the form of Balloon Battle and Bob-omb Blast, but revamped to improve on what was offered on the Nintendo Wii U.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe releases exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on April 28th.
