Nintendo has revealed their lineup for PAX West 2016.
Attendees at PAX West will be able to get their hands on the playable demos of Yo-Kai Watch 2 and Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past. Pokemon Sun & Pokemon Moon will be making a non-playable appearance in the form of a photo booth, where fans can get their pictures taken inside of the Pokemon universe.
Fans are encouraged to visit Nintendo on Thursday, September 1st for the Nindies@Night event. This is where players will have the opportunity to try a plethora of independent video games, designed for the Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. This event is open to the general public and does not require a PAX West badge to get in. Those who are attending PAX can check out the indie lounge, located inside the Washington Convention Center.
Lastly, but definitely, not least, Nintendo reminds gamers to check out the Dragon Quest VII Developer Discussion panel that will be taking place on Sunday, September 4th. The panel will take place at the Hydra Theater during PAX West and promises to share some exciting announcements.
Nintendo’s other titles, including The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will not be at PAX West 2016, in any fashion. It’s worth noting that there was no mention of the Nintendo NX, a console which is anticipated to be announced later this year.
PAX West will be taking place in Seattle, Washington from September 2nd to September 5th. InformedPixel will be attending the event this year, so be sure to follow us for more updates directly from the show floor!
