Nintendo is releasing a Pikachu Yellow Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL on February 24th, 2017.
Among a bag of other announcements this morning, Nintendo is releasing this special edition handheld late next month. It is not yet known if this will be in short supply, however, we have asked Nintendo for further clarification.
The Pokemon Company released a similar Nintendo 3DS XL back in 2013, sporting the character’s face and tail on the front and back of the unit respectively. These systems were low in quantity but high in demand, creating a market of scalpers selling them for exorbitant amounts.
The Pikachu Yellow Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL will be on store shelves on February 24th, 2017.
