Many fans will be happy to hear that Pokken Tournament will be making it’s way to the WiiU in 2016.
This announcement comes from the 2015 Pokemon World Championships with Nintendo showcasing a brand new trailer for the game seen below. The trailer showcases a new challenger for the series, Pikachu Libre, who seems to utilize a lot of wrestling into it’s moveset.
Ever since it’s announcement last year, fans have been eagerly awaiting the announcement of a console release. It was previously announced to be an arcade exclusive in Japan.
Pokken Tournament is set to release exclusively on the WiiU in Spring 2016.
