According to MCVUK.com, Nintendo is looking to start their own ‘Loot-Crate’ esque service in the coming months.
Titled the ‘N-Box’, the monthly crate will feature a wide variety of merchandise included clothing, figures and other such goodies from Nintendo’s IP’s. While being available individually, the N-Box is also said to include 3-month, 6-month and twelve month subscriptions; presumably at a reduced rate.
This could be a result of the success they have had with Loot Crate’s Amiibo Crate back in November which sold out in a matter of minutes. The crate included a wide variety of Amiibo’s at a discounted rate, making it a very popular decision for collector’s.
Unfortunately, we have heard no official word from Nintendo at the timing of this article but we will be sure to keep you in the loop as we hear more information. We have also reached out to Nintendo for official word.
