Sony’s 3.0.0 firmware entered it’s closed beta preview recently and spoilers of the firmware have started rolling out. While several features have already been leaked, the top news today is that Playstation 2 compatibility may be coming to the Playstation 4.
An anonymous user has provided some pictures to Playstation Lifestyle regarding the rumored Playstation 2 leak. In the pictures, the artwork for the Playstation 2 game ‘War of the Monsters’ was shown in a live broadcast, indicating that the game will be playable on the Playstation 4 when 3.0.0 is officially released. Along with this, the game titled Siren was also spotted on the Playstation store – indicating that the Playstation 4 will be support Playstation 2 titles before long.
