Nintendo’s Star Fox Zero includes a touching tribute to the late Satoru Iwata.
Satoru Iwata has a permanent place in ever gamer’s heart, as he helped bring innovate entertainment to the world throughout his life. With Star Fox Zero being a game in which Satoru Iwata had some involvement in, the developers decided to leave a touching message towards the end of the game. The message reads:
“This game is dedicated to our wingman who fell in battle”
On July 11th, 2015, Satoru Iwata passed away due to ongoing health issues which he has been battling for several months.
Star Fox Zero releases for the Nintendo Wii U on April 21st, 2016.
