Nintendo will not be releasing Super Mario Run for Android devices until 2017.
The game will be released as a timed-exclusive for iOS devices such as the iPhone and iPad. There is no information on exactly when the Android release will see the light of day, other than the 2017 window.
This mobile title was announced during Apple’s event yesterday morning, where Apple announced the brand new iPhone 7 and the Apple Watch series 2. Video game designer and producer, Shigeru Miyamoto took to Apple’s stage for the very first time to announce Super Mario Run.
Super Mario Run will be available for iOS devices in December.
