Recently, Super Smash Bros patch 1.1.1 was released and among it, two changes to the ‘For Glory Tournament’ mode in online play have been changed. The changes are:
– For Glory Tournaments can be now set up using Battlefield as the stage to fight on rather than just exclusively Omega versions of other stages.
– Tournaments that allows custom moves applied to characters, but no equipment.
These are both very welcome additions as the Tournament Mode was getting stale being nearly the same configuration each time. The platforms from Battlefield will also create very new dynamics during fights for each match up. Now if only they will make Tournament Mode for local play..
